The Essential Auditor website is intended to develop and share ways that internal auditors (and others) can build a valuable personal brand. It’s designed to guide a personal and private journey of growth and evolution.

However, it’s entirely reasonable that someone may want private coaching to help them define and announce their brand.

And it’s entirely reasonable that an internal audit manager, or executive, may want to integrate TEA into their internal audit department as a strategic activity. This more centralized approach can quickly elevate the status and value of the entire department.

That’s why I will occasionally work with select clients and teams to help implement TEA more quickly and effectively. Because, sometimes, speed and focus can make a strategic difference.
