The Essential Auditor website is intended to develop and share ways that internal auditors can build a valuable personal brand. It’s designed to guide a personal and private journey of growth and evolution.

However, it’s entirely reasonable that someone may want private coaching to help them define their brand and bring it to others’ attention.

And it’s entirely reasonable that an internal audit manager, or executive, may want to integrate TEA into their internal audit department as a focused project, rather than relying on each individual auditor to discover and use TEA. This more centralized approach can quickly elevate the status and value of the entire department.

So, I occasionally work with select clients to help implement TEA more quickly and effectively. Because, sometimes speed and focus can make a strategic difference.
